What is it?

Our Unlimited Wash Club members wash as often as they want, all month long, for one low monthly rate. Members also receive access to free vacuums, towels, and window cleaner.

How does it recognize my vehicle?

We use license plate reader technology to identify your vehicle. Plans are specific to a single vehicle.

How do I pay for it?

Your first month’s membership is paid the day of sign up. After that, the card used during your initial purchase will be billed on the same day each month.

Is this a monthly charge?

Yes, this is a monthly, recurring, credit card charge, billed once a month for the duration of your membership.

How long will my plan be $9?

For 30 full days after initial sign up. After the first month, your card will be charged for the full price of the membership plan you chose. Those prices are:

  • Tiger Ceramic $39
  • Tiger Wax $29
  • Wheel Deal $19

On what day of the month will my card be charged?

Your billing date each month will be the same as the day of your initial sign up. For example, if you sign up on January 5th, your billing date will be February 5th, March 5th and so on.

How do I change my plan?

How long does a cancellation take?

Please allow up to 48 hours for processing of your cancellation.

When is my cancellation effective?

Once you cancel your membership, you can redeem a wash up until the day before your plan would have renewed. 

Can I pause my membership?

Traveling and need to put your membership on hold? You can pause your membership at any time. Simply navigate here and select ‘Pause my Membership’.

Where is my membership valid?

Memberships are valid only at our express tunnel locations - Ruckersville, Long Street, and Forest Lakes. Our other TigerWash locations are not included in the membership.

How many vehicles are included in my Unlimited Wash Plan?

 Each wash plan is specific to (1) vehicle’s license plate.

Do you offer multi-vehicle plans?

We do! Add cars to your existing Tiger Ceramic or Tiger Wax account for a $5 monthly vehicle discount. (inquire on-site at preferred location).

Do you offer a discounted rate for an annual wash subscription?

Yes! Purchase an annual plan and receive a 20% discount here.
