How do I sign up for TigerWash Rewards?

Simply complete the form on our website entering your name, phone number, birthday, and license plate information. After that, you’re registered and will receive a welcome bonus for a free wash!

How do I earn points on my wash purchases?

After registering for TigerWash Rewards, you can receive points simply for purchasing a wash! Please note that it will take 12-24 hours after you’ve visited the wash to see the points on your account balance.

What are the benefits of joining TigerWash Rewards?

You can enjoy points on your purchases which in turn allow you to redeem points for free washes. You can also receive access to special offers, promotions, and more.

If I’m a member, can I also accrue Rewards?

You cannot receive points on your purchases if you’re a member. However, members can register for TigerWash Rewards and receive a Welcome Bonus of 1250 points. After this, a member will not receive additional points on their washes.

If you would like to use rewards on a secondary vehicle not attached to your membership, our rewards program is a great option for that.

How many points does it take to earn a free wash?

You can earn our Ceramic Wash for 1,250 points, our Tiger Wax Wash for 1,000 points and our Wheel Deal Wash for 750 points.

How many points do I earn on my purchases?

You can earn 10 points for every $1 spent.

Is the TigerWash Rewards Program free?

Yes!

Is TigerWash Rewards available at all locations?

No. This rewards program is exclusive to our Express Tunnel locations (Long Street, Ruckersville, and Forest Lakes).

What if I notice a discrepancy with my points?

Email contactus@tigerwash.com and we’d be happy to assist you.

Do points expire?

If points are not redeemed within 12 months, then they will expire. If you’ve redeemed your points for a free wash during the 12-month time frame, that reward will still be available to you.

What if I enter my account information incorrectly?

All of your account information is editable via the TigerWash Customer Portal.
